Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of solarmphotography.com and any booking made with SolarM Photography ("we," "us," "Miko Fusco"). By creating an account, booking a session, or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't book or create an account.

2. Services

We offer Headshot Standard, Korean Style Portraits, and Editorial Shoots, as described on the Services page. Pricing shown at the time of booking applies to your session; Editorial Shoots are quoted as a range and finalized based on concept, location, and deliverables, with a deposit due at booking.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Sessions are booked online by selecting an available date and time. Once booked, that time (plus a buffer immediately after it) is reserved for you and blocked from other customers. We're closed Mondays. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the original price, or need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

4. Payment

Full payment (or the stated deposit, for Editorial Shoots) is due at the time of booking and processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your card details ourselves. Remaining balances for Editorial Shoots are due as agreed before or on the day of the shoot.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed sessions ("no-shows"), are non-refundable. Rescheduling with adequate notice is free of charge, subject to availability. (This policy is a starting default — adjust the window and refund terms to whatever you actually intend to enforce.)

6. Image Usage & Rights

Miko Fusco / SolarM Photography retains copyright ownership of all images produced during a session. Clients receive a license to use their delivered images for personal, professional (e.g. LinkedIn, casting, branding), and non-commercial purposes. Unless you opt out in writing, we may also use session images in our own portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes.

7. Client Conduct

We ask that all clients treat sessions professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to end a session early, without refund, in cases of harassment, abuse, or unsafe conduct toward the photographer or crew.

8. Limitation of Liability

SolarM Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a session or from use of this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.

9. Accounts & Membership

Creating an account lets you save your details for faster checkout and view your booking history. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure. The SolarM Membership discount code is provided to members for their own use on their first booking.

10. Marketing Communications

If you opt in to marketing emails at sign-up, we'll occasionally send you news and promotional offers. This is entirely optional and separate from your account and booking confirmations (which you'll receive regardless). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
